orBit is a personal administration system operated by Rodrigo Alves. Public visitors may use the calendar to inspect availability and submit meeting requests. Administration is reserved for the operator and requires the configured Google identity or recovery password.

Meeting requests

A submitted request is a proposal, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed only after approval and creation of the Google Calendar invitation. Pending requests do not reserve time. A request may be declined or become unavailable before approval.

Provide an email address at which you can receive the invitation and information relevant to the meeting. Do not use the form for spam or to submit another person’s details without permission.

Calendar information

Availability depends on the connected calendars and can change. Review the final calendar invitation for the confirmed date, time and meeting details. Changes and cancellations can be managed through Google Calendar or by contacting the operator.

Administration and account connections

The operator chooses which account to authorize and which calendars orBit may use. Authorization is shared by systems assigned to that connection. Public visitors do not receive the operator’s Google account authorization.

Data handling

The privacy notice describes the data accessed, stored, used and shared by this application.
